Business has been very good in a short period of time! I attribute this to my years of successful business ownership and God's Divine power working in and through my life. I have been educated in Non-Profit Corporation  Business and countless hours of study in all phases of Grant Writing and Donor Management.

I am active in my community and worldwide with several charity giving organizations. As a Grant Consultant for organizations worldwide. Getting my clients active and involved with their community and state foundations that will grant them funding.

On a personal note: Without HIM, I would not have such success or a powerful influence in my fields. I believe that HE works in and through me making my work more powerful and divinely successful than I could ever do on my own!  I see miracles happen all the time!

I have chosen to pursue what I feel is a "Life-Time" dedicated commitment to serve professional people who truly will commit to serving others.

My goal is to "make my customers for "Life."  I will not give up on making you successful. To always each and every day be guided by the Holy Spirit in every aspect of my day.

Has 36 years of  Self - Employment building and selling 8 corporations successfully, Insurance Adjusting and Appraisal companies, Show-Car & Antique Custom Paint Restoration Shops, Parts by Computer Software System for Salvage Yards, 3 years as a Accredited Professional Grant Writing Professional-26 grants achieved in 1st year! I am on the Board of Directors for 5 Non-Profit 501c3 Corporations worldwide, Board of Director and Grant Writer for churches, Member of the American Association of Grant Professionals, Member of the Independent Insurance Adjusters Association for 28 years. Licensed California Multi-Line Independent Insurance Adjuster, Corporate for 28 years. Single-Parents Pastor of Calvary Chapel of South Bay, Ca. for 3 years, 26 years serving the Christian Community as a Board of Directors member, Evangelist, Christian MIME Street Actor, Director and Producer of Public Access TV Productions and  currently volunteer as a Certified Genesis Christian Addiction Mentor for Alcohol and Drug Addicts.
